We’re hiring an Internal AI Solutions Engineer — a unique hybrid role that combines the skills of a Sales Engineer and a Tech Entrepreneur.

You will be the trusted technical bridge between our core AI team and business departments. Like an internal founder or sales engineer, you’ll meet directly with stakeholders (Sales, Ops, Finance, Marketing, etc.), deeply map their real business workflows and pain points, rapidly build working AI prototypes and tools, and translate complex technical solutions into clear, easy-to-understand value that non-technical teams can adopt and love.

Important: This is NOT a traditional ML/AI Engineer or model-training/research role. It’s perfect for a practical, fast-moving developer who enjoys the entrepreneurial side of turning business chaos into quick AI wins.

Responsibilities

Important: This is NOT a Machine Learning, research AI, or model-training role.
We are looking for strong software developers who think and operate like Sales Engineers or Tech Entrepreneurs — technical builders with business savvy and a get-it-done mindset.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical foundation: either through software development experience writing clean, maintainable code and rapidly shipping working tools/applications, OR through technical sales / solutions engineering / tech business roles combined with solid hands-on coding and prototyping ability
  • Hands-on experience building fast prototypes/MVPs in Replit, VS Code, Cloud Code, or similar environments
  • Practical working knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, automation, and generative AI tools to solve real business problems (no deep theory or training pipelines needed)
  • Strong business workflow expertise — you’ve sat with non-technical departments, mapped messy processes, gathered requirements, and turned them into clear specs
  • Excellent communication skills — you explain technical concepts in plain English and drive adoption (true Sales Engineer style)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, resourceful, high ownership, and comfort delivering results in days or weeks
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple cross-functional projects and stakeholders at once
  • Previous experience acting as the bridge between tech teams and business units (internal tools, solutions engineering, or similar)

Compensation

$80,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
