● Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process

● Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities

● Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume

● Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community

● Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants, and then make them happen!

● Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience

● Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market

● Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget

● Demonstrated sales success

● Self-starter and able to perform tasks independently

● Superb interpersonal and communication skills

● Top-notch time management skills

● Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies

● Must have or are pursuing a valid Real Estate License (we can help you with the process if you aren’t licensed)

● Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car

$100,000 - $135,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
