Your Opportunity

You will be working with one primary lead source and have access and exposure to proven models, systems, tools, coaching, training, and accountability.

This is a commission based position, only.

$100,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly GCI

Responsibilities

You will work on and convert inbound seller leads, follow-up, service homeowners throughout Los Angeles County, and close 12-24 home sales annually.

  • Execute team - lead generation standards daily and weekly
  • Conduct/secure open houses when you get listings
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in training and script practice
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings
  • Consult with buyers and sellers, convert to listings and market homes
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
  • Track activities and clients in Technology

Qualifications

You must be a motivated real estate sales professional with a competitive spirit and have sold 4+ homes.

You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones, or you think they might be. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service excellence.

Compensation

$150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
