The role of a showing assistant, who must be a credentialed realtor, is to support the lead agent by presenting properties, negotiating deals, and securing a commission between 15-20% following successful transactions. This position requires the assistant to be available for property showings during afternoons and weekends, with a time commitment ranging from 10-25 hours weekly, varying with the number of clients. Additionally, showing assistants enjoy the autonomy to manage their clientele. The primary objective of this role is to furnish the showing assistant with the necessary experience and knowledge to transition into a full-time real estate professional.

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
