The Showing Assistant / Agent Partner plays a vital role within our team, offering key support to licensed agents dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences. This position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced real estate environment. Collaborating closely with lead agents, you will coordinate home showings, help with inspections, and assist buyers throughout their journey — all while receiving expert mentorship designed to develop your skills and foster your professional growth within our company.

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings to potential buyers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored real estate solutions
• Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and ensure all documentation complies with legal and company standards
• Stay up-to-date with local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments to provide accurate advice
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
• Utilize marketing strategies and digital platforms to promote listings and expand client base effectively

$150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
