We are seeking an experienced and driven Mortgage Branch Manager to lead our Fergus Falls office located at 117 S Mill St Ste 1. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and manage a high-performing, goal-oriented team in a supportive and innovative environment. • Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes in the Otter Tail County area
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home

$75,000 - $140,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
