If you're into stuff like Langchain, CrewAI, and LLMs, and you also enjoy making sure sprints stay on track, you'd fit right in.

Build AI Features End-to-End

• Use tools like Langchain or CrewAI to add real-time AI smarts into our web apps.

Handle the Whole Development Process

• From back-end APIs to front-end user experience, you'll push out features that mix AI with our main business stuff like CRM, deals, marketing, and all that.

Hook Up Intelligent Systems

• Link up LLMs, embeddings, and vector DBs (think Pinecone) to create tools that help real estate agents work quicker and sharper.

Run Development Sprints

• Team up with the Head of AI to set up sprint boards, handle tickets, sort priorities, and keep the team moving steadily.
• Make sure everyone's unblocked and on the same page by updating boards ahead of time, doing async planning, and spotting issues early.

Work with Everyone

• Chat with product managers, designers, and others to figure out roadmap stuff and deliver things that matter.

Level Up with AI

• You don't have to be an AI pro yet just curious, skilled, and eager to learn how to use these tools for real apps.

• 3+ years building web apps (front and back end).
• Good with programming in Node.js, Python, or something similar.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Next.js, or the like.
• Okay with shipping code to production, writing tests, and deploying to the cloud.
• Solid at organizing managing sprints, prioritizing, and keeping projects rolling.
