Your Role:
- Convert high-quality Zillow and Google leads into clients
- Conduct buyer and seller meetings throughout Warren, Fauquier, and Frederick Counties
- Engage in weekly coaching and accountability sessions
- Master and implement effective conversion scripts and follow-up strategies
- Provide outstanding client service and close transactions efficiently
Who You Are:
You’re a motivated sales professional who excels with structure and support. You connect easily with clients, solve problems effectively, and follow through consistently.
- Licensed real estate agent
- 3+ years of experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and self-driven
- Coachable with a growth mindset
- Ready to work full-time in a fast-paced environment
- Located in or near Linden, VA
Compensation
$120,000 - $175,000+ Annually (Commission-Based)
This is a commission-only role, but we provide a steady flow of high-quality appointments to set you up for success.

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
Qualifications

Compensation
$100,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
