Keller Williams Tacoma is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Agent Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our University Place office. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting our real estate agents by providing exceptional administrative services, ensuring smooth operations within the office. Your responsibilities will include managing new agent onboarding, coordinating with various departments to enhance agent productivity, and maintaining a supportive environment that upholds our reputation for excellence.   • Coordinate and manage the scheduling of new agents joining the office.
  • Assist real estate agents and the office with marketing materials, social media graphics and more
  • Maintain and update a training calendar.
  • Provide administrative support by managing correspondence, handling phone calls, and organizing files and documents as well as processing incoming checks.
  • Help put on a career night and invite people to join through various sources such as indeed and other applicant sources.
  • Support the onboarding process for new agents by preparing materials, scheduling training sessions, and providing ongoing assistance as needed.
  • Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring that agents have the necessary materials to perform their duties effectively.


  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with agents, clients, and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • High school diploma required
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion regarding sensitive information.
  • Experience in coordinating and supporting sales teams, including scheduling, compliance tracking, and database management.
  • Knowledge of local real estate regulations, practices, and the local market is a plus.


$22.00 - $23.00 USD Hourly
