Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced agents in managing client relationships and property transactions
  • Participate in training sessions to develop knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations
  • Support marketing efforts by preparing promotional materials and coordinating open houses
  • Conduct property research and gather relevant data to assist in client consultations
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and transaction details
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and timely closing processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication throughout the buying or selling process

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain licensure promptly
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the real estate industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using technology for client management
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Customer service oriented with a professional and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as needed

Compensation

$80,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
