This position requires a motivated, self-starting individual who is proficient with MAC computers and comfortable managing phone interactions.
Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
- Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes
- Deliver comprehensive written feedback to validate or adjust clients' search preferences
- Draft and negotiate offers for sales agents and their clients
- Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation
- Engage in weekly script practice as per team guidelines
- Take part in team events according to team standards
- Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology

Compensation
$40,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
