Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties and stay updated on market trends and property values.
- Coordinate and schedule property showings, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and organized.
- Develop and maintain client relationships by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and offering guidance throughout the buying or selling process.
- Prepare and present offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly communicated and negotiated effectively.
- Manage and update client databases and CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and transaction progress.
- Collaborate with team members and other real estate professionals to ensure smooth and efficient transactions, from initial contact to closing.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License in the state of North Carolina
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales
- Proven track record of successful transactions and client satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of the Raleigh real estate market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Raleigh area
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Commitment to continuing education and staying updated on industry trends
Compensation
$80,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
