Responsibilities
🏡 Guide buyers, secure agreements, find properties
🤝 Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers
🏠 Host 2+ open houses monthly
📅 Turn leads into appointments
🎤 Join weekly script practice and team events
📚 Attend coaching, training, and Partner Calls
🏘️ Consult sellers, secure listings, promote properties
💡 Advise on pricing, staging, and listing services
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Problem-solving and communication are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a natural leader and committed to service.

Compensation
$95,000 - $115,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
