• Identify and evaluate potential real estate acquisition opportunities in target markets.
• Conduct thorough market research and financial analysis to support investment decisions.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and coordinate due diligence processes with sellers and legal teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop acquisition strategies aligned with company goals.
• Maintain and build relationships with brokers, property owners, and other industry professionals.
• Prepare detailed acquisition reports and present findings to senior management.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to optimize the company’s acquisition portfolio.

• Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, preferably within residential or commercial sectors
• Strong knowledge of property valuation, market analysis, and negotiation techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with sellers, brokers, and internal teams
• Ability to analyze financial data and investment metrics to assess property potential
• Proficient in using real estate databases, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for property site visits
• Familiarity with local San Antonio real estate market and regulations is a plus

$50,000 - $95,000 USD Yearly
