We seek agents who:
- Are determined to achieve $100,000+ annually by maintaining consistent effort, accountability, and embracing coaching.
- Are actively involved in at least three Atlanta-area communities—whether through religious institutions, civic groups, nonprofits, sports clubs, or social organizations.
- Possess a network of 200+ contacts who know, trust, and respect them.
- Are committed to continuous learning, growth, and establishing themselves as premier luxury real estate professionals in Atlanta’s vibrant market.

Responsibilities
- Maintain personal production of 10+ closed transactions each year.
- Coach and train all real estate sales professionals, holding them accountable to achieving their goals
- Attract new agents/partners to the team
- Maintain a team of 10+ productive agents (12 or more closed transactions/yr)
- Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly training, Partner Calls and leadership training
- Become an expert on PLACE Technology
- Participate in the PLACE Leadership Development Program
- Engage in PLACE Talent Attraction Consulting and implement systems
- Continue to grow as a real estate sales professional through prospecting and consulting with clients
- Maintain existing and create new campaigns
- Oversee negotiations for all contracts
- Ensure that sales professionals are capitalizing on database capabilities and leads
Qualifications
You are a natural leader with a strong track record of success in real estate sales. Your passion is helping others achieve their goals through coaching and mentoring. In addition to growing talent, you can attract talent to limitless opportunities. You are on a path to be the CEO.
- Georgia Real Estate Salesperson Licensed Required
- 5+ years of residential real estate sales experience required
- Accountability-based leadership drives people to achieve goals
- 3+ years of leadership experience preferred
- Sphere of Influence of 200+ People
- Engaged in 3 or more communities in Atlanta
- Loves Real Estate
- Extremely Hard WorkingExcellent at building rapport
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Learning based
- Able to build and lead a team
Compensation
$150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
