Role Overview:

As a Real Estate Agent Partner, you will utilize PLACE's sophisticated lead generation systems, provide expert advice to both buyers and sellers, adeptly handle negotiations, conduct open houses, and efficiently manage your tasks using PLACE technology. Your role will also include participation in weekly team meetings, script practice sessions, and coaching to fully realize your professional potential.

Location and Requirements:

This role is based in Richardson, TX, and requires a Texas Real Estate Salesperson License. We are looking for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a competitive environment, possesses superior communication skills, and is committed to delivering outstanding service. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in real estate sales, strong teamwork capabilities, and excellent organizational and time management skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

Potential earnings at The Bryan Davis Group range between $100,000 to $200,000 USD annually. • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with a sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Execute business-building activities a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
