Agents who are accepted into the program, follow the required business plan for 52 consecutive weeks, complete all assigned activities, and earn less than $100,000 in commissions may receive the difference from us.

This is not a salaried role. The guarantee applies to agents who actively engage in the program, follow the established plan, and consistently complete the required work.

• Conduct one strategically planned open house each week using our proven Open House System
• Complete a minimum of 100 meaningful real estate conversations per week
• Prospect consistently through door knocking and neighborhood outreach
• Respond promptly to leads through our CRM and technology platform
• Attend coaching, training, and accountability sessions
