Originate and manage a pipeline of residential mortgage loans, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources to generate new business.

Conduct thorough interviews with prospective borrowers to assess their financial situation and determine loan eligibility.

Provide expert guidance to clients on loan options, interest rates, and the mortgage process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.

Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other team members to ensure all loan documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory standards.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide clients with the most current information and advice.

Participate in networking events, community activities, and marketing initiatives to promote 



Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage loan origination.

NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System) registration required.

Strong understanding of mortgage lending regulations and compliance.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze financial information and assess risk.

Proficient in mortgage software and Google Suite.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of integrity and customer service orientation.
