Assist buyers by showing homes and providing detailed information about each property.

Meet new clients and build strong relationships to understand their needs and preferences.

Problem-solve and provide solutions to help clients prepare to write offers.

Sit during property inspections and assist with other tasks related to the completion of real estate transactions.

Work closely with top real estate professionals to ensure a smooth and successful closing process.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.

Utilize a CRM system to update contact details and documents as needed.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Enthusiastic about meeting new people and showing homes.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable utilizing a CRM and updating contact details and documents as needed.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must hold an Alberta Real Estate license and be in good standing.

Previous experience in real estate or related fields is a plus, but not required.

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
