We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Real Estate Team Assistant to support our daily operations and keep our team moving efficiently. In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone for our agents, handling essential field assignments, managing general office tasks, and ensuring smooth transaction workflows. From assisting with listing preparation to executing critical administrative errands, your support allows our team to focus on high-level client service and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a reliable self-starter with strong time-management skills, exceptional communication, and a adaptable, "can-do" attitude.

Field Support: Run essential property-related errands, including placing and removing lockboxes, installing or picking up yard signs, delivering earnest money checks, and dropping off key sets or marketing materials.

On-Site Listing Preparation: Attend professional media sessions (photos, videos, 3D tours, and floor plans) at property sites to ensure homes are presentable, lights are on, access is provided, and vendors have full support.

Agent Administrative Assistance: Assist real estate agents with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as assembling client onboarding folders, printing open house packages, updating database records, and managing agent calendar invites.

Office Operations: Oversee general office functionality by maintaining inventory of marketing materials and property signs, ordering supplies, managing incoming/outgoing mail, and more
