Participate in weekly script practice per team standard

Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualify leads and work toward betting buyer clints that need mortgages in contact with lenders who will get the buyer leads in a position to be pre qualified.

Communicate and collaborate with closing attorney once under contract up to the time of closing.

Manage and carry out all duties relative to closing coordination once client is under contract.

Buyer education of the process and steps to home ownership

Property search and MLS monitoring to find the right home based on clients preferences
