Responsibilities

  • Agent Launch: Graduate from our twelve week agent launch programs.
  • Sphere in Gear: Before Agent Launch, you are to complete pre-launch activities to commit your success. Minimum 200 sphere with full contact information, name, phone, email and address are added into your CRM
  • Shadowing/Training - Being trained , role-played, and demonstrated industry-leading practices under an expert agent. You'll join weekly script practice sessions.
  • Lead Generation - You'll take the opportunity to execute our PLACE lead generation systems weekly, elevating your lead generation skillset
  • Open Houses - Mastering Open House strategy by combining your warm and inviting personality with our proven support to hold open houses that attract buyers and sellers to current listings.
  • Coaching/Training - Attend weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, engaging training, and Partner Calls where you can share your insights and learn from others.
  • Database Management: Utilize the PLACE Brivity Guide to convert outbound calls to appointments.
  • Attend Team Production Rhythms: Proactive attend team production rhythms activities including Power Up, Power Hour, Inventory Creation Day, Prospecting Day.

Qualifications

You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional telephone skills
  • Sales experience tracking to a quota 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn and internalize scripts 
  • Team player
  • Real estate license is required.
  • Bilingual Vietnamese preferred

Compensation

$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
