Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
- Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings in the Atlanta area.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and repeat business.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings at the 804 Town Boulevard suite a2040 office and various locations.
- Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with local real estate laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth and timely closings.
- Utilize The Ben Kinney Team Atlanta’s marketing tools and PLACE platform to promote listings and expand client reach.
Qualifications
- Collaborative and able to work well within a team
- Valid real estate license
- Minimum of one year experience in real estate sales
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Committed to continuous learning and personal development
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Open to mastering scripts and conversational techniques
- Proficient in managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks
Compensation
$40,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
