The problem we have is that most people simply aren’t willing to do the work. Mastery takes time - 10,000 hours to be exact. Many agents get into this business and expect it to be like the Netflix real estate shows Million Dollar Listing or Selling Sunset. They assume in just a few days they'll be showing luxury homes. It’s not. If that’s why you’re considering getting into real estate, then we aren’t the team for you.

We’re looking for leaders who are hungry and driven. Leaders who are willing to commit 40 hours a week to building an uncapped real estate career. We want to work with people who want to make a difference in other people’s lives. The people who care about helping a single mom buy a condo for $150,000 with the same care as getting a $2,000,000 listing. MUST HAVE A NJ REAL ESTATE LICENSE. This is a full time, commission based position.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a lead generation lever weekly 
  • Conduct two open houses monthly 
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, Hangout and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers

Compensation

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
