Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings
- Negotiate contracts and offers between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms
- Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
- Prepare and present detailed market analysis reports to clients
- Utilize CRM tools and marketing strategies to generate leads and expand client base
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of New Jersey
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent
- Proven track record of successful property sales and client satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of the Summit, NJ real estate market and surrounding areas
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficient with real estate CRM software and online listing platforms
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships
Compensation
$150,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
