Are you an organized, resourceful, and people-savvy VA who loves managing details and getting things DONE?

We’re a U.S.-based real estate investment company buying and flipping houses in Cleveland, Ohio — and we’re looking for a full-time virtual assistant to manage our real estate deals from contract to close, and help us keep our business running like a well-oiled machine.

🔎 Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)

🌎 Location: Remote (Philippines or Latin America preferred)

🕒 Schedule: U.S. Eastern Time overlap (flexible hours, at least 4 hours overlap)

💰 Competitive pay + room to grow

📌 What You’ll Do:

• Manage our wholesale real estate deals after we get a contract signed
• Coordinate with sellers, title companies, and buyers
• Keep all parties updated and ensure deals close on time
• Help with admin work for our house flips (utilities, photos, vendors, etc.)
  

Organize files, track tasks, and support our U.S.-based team behind the scenes

✅ We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Is highly organized and LOVES checklists
• Speaks and writes fluent English
• Is a strong communicator (email, text, and voice)
• Is a problem solver who figures things out
• Has experience with Google Sheets, CRMs, or similar tools
  

🎯 Bonus Points If You’ve:

• Handled U.S. real estate transactions
• Worked in a VA role for a real estate investor or agent
• Scheduled inspections, managed utilities, or organized property files

$7.25 - $10.00 USD Hourly
