• Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program.
• Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis.
• Engage with potential buyers, secure buyer agreements, and assist in finding suitable properties.
• Skillfully negotiate deals for both sellers and buyers.
• Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
• Host two open houses each month to increase property visibility.
• Transform lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
• Regularly participate in script practice sessions to refine communication skills.
• Take an active part in all team-related activities.
• Attend weekly coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls to enhance professional growth.
• Provide consultations for sellers, secure listings, and effectively market their properties.
• Offer expert advice on pricing, staging, and other services essential for listing properties.

$60,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
