Experience:

  • Preferably at least 1 year of sales experience

License/Certification:

  • A WA State Real Estate License is required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
  • Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities
  • Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants, and then make them happen!
  • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
  • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
  • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strengths. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • Must have or are pursuing a valid Real Estate License (we can help you with the process if you aren’t licensed)

Compensation

$40,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
