Responsibilities

● Complete the listing launch and contract to close process for all transactions. 

● Provide a world-class client experience for clients through phone and email on behalf of the team through contract and beyond. 

● Enter listing data, create descriptions, and upload pictures into MLS. 

● Coordinate photography, staging, sign installation, and other listing launch functions.

 ● Act as the liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers. 

● Read all aspects of contracts to execute obligations and maintain accurate and compliant transaction files (inspection reports, receipts, bills, etc.)

● Create timelines and follow-up processes/check-ins with agents to ensure all transaction deadlines are met resulting in a timely closing. 

● Submit all relative transaction information to Keller Williams for compliance and commission payment to agents on the team

● Submit all relative transaction information to CRM for compliance with partners

● Prepare and send weekly emails to Sellers based on their property activity

● Attend all team events and seminars

● Build and implement systems that save time and create efficiencies 

● Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, PLACE trainings, and Brivity trainings.

Qualifications

● Ability to do highly detailed work while delivering a consistently excellent customer experience. 

● 1+ years experience in an administrative role within the real estate industry or a related field is preferred

● Service-oriented leadership 

● Excellent at building rapport 

● Strong written and verbal communication skills 

● Phenomenal organizational skills 

● Learning based 

● High school graduate 

● Real estate license preferred

Compensation

$45,000 - $55,000 USD Yearly
