• Manage the listing launch and contract to close process for all transactions
• Enter listing data, descriptions, and pictures into MLS
• Coordinate photography, staging, and other listing launch functions
• Act as the liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers
• Read all aspects of contracts in order to execute obligations and maintain all trailing paperwork: inspection reports, receipts, bills, etc. 
• Execute all administrative tasks involved in closing a sale
• Create timelines and follow-up processes to ensure all transaction deadlines are met
• Maintain accurate and compliant transaction files

• Provide weekly check-ins with real estate agents to ensure timely closings
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessionS, weekly training, and Partner Call
• Track activities and tasks in PLACE Technology

You are a detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of urgency but not at the expense of quality. You are a good listener, extremely organized, solutions-based, and results driven. You are passionate about being both efficient and effective in process management and customer service.
