Your Opportunity

We are seeking an Entrepreneurial Transaction Coordinator to become part of our team and manage their own ancillary business within Keller Williams One Market Center. This role involves delivering transaction coordination services to agents while developing and expanding the Agent Leverage Services department. As a contract-based position, it offers unlimited earning potential through pay-per-transaction services. The perfect candidate will be exceptionally organized, detail-focused, and possess outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Agent Leverage Services department within Keller Williams One, with a focus on growing and retaining agents who utilize transaction coordination services.
  • Act as a liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers throughout the transaction process.
  • Manage administrative tasks involved in the contract-to-close process, ensuring all transactions close on time with minimal hassle.
  • Create transaction timelines, follow up with key parties, and ensure all deadlines are met and contingencies are released.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant transaction files in systems like Command, Dotloop, or Docusign.
  • Draft addenda, commission statements, and ensure all necessary documentation is prepared for closing.
  • Communicate regularly with agents and clients regarding key transaction milestones, missing documents, and important dates.
  • Coordinate closing details such as scheduling, utility setup/cancellation, and ensuring all parties are informed of critical steps.
  • Handle post-closing tasks including changing MLS statuses, finalizing files, and ensuring all transaction records are updated.
  • Collaborate with agents to enhance their experience, provide ongoing support, and demonstrate the value of utilizing the Agent Leverage Services to grow their business.
  • Develop and execute strategies to continuously improve and scale the department, ensuring high-quality service delivery and agent satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of real estate transaction coordination experience (5 years preferred).
  • Active real estate license required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with clients and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage competing demands and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial with a desire to build and grow a department within the market center.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and real estate transaction management tools.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting the needs of Keller Williams One agents.
  • Must provide your own computer, and office supplies for daily tasks.

Compensation

$60,000 - $95,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
