• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your clients
• Conduct open houses
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice
• Participate in team activities
• Commit to weekly coaching sessions, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home

• Agents on our team are self-motivated, accountable, results-oriented, and coachable
• Real Estate license required
• Smart, resourceful, and believe in Win-Win or No Deal

$80,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
