We are excited to welcome a Licensed Real Estate Agent to our fast-expanding team. With a significant surge in lead volume, we seek a dedicated professional ready to capitalize on this opportunity. Many agents face obstacles such as generating leads, prospecting, managing time effectively, marketing properties, and scaling their business, often resulting in fewer than four home sales per year.

As one of the leading real estate groups in Western Pennsylvania and across the state, we close hundreds of transactions annually and are targeting 400 sales this year—with your help. You’ll have access to a wealth of leads waiting for you to convert. Our comprehensive training programs are designed to set you up for success, and we proudly collaborate with the nation’s #1 team (RealTrends), Place.

• Want to be successful
• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Marketing, Social media training
• Sales Training Certifications

• 1+ year of real estate sales experience a plus but not required

$47,655 - $159,000 USD Yearly
