We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Top Producer Mentee. Key Responsibilities

  • Shadow Top Producers: Learn from the best by observing our top agents in their daily activities, client interactions, and sales strategies.
  • Participate in Training: Engage in specialized training sessions and workshops to enhance your real estate knowledge and professional abilities.
  • Client Support: Assist top producers with client management, property showings, and follow-ups to gain hands-on experience.
  • Market Analysis: Perform market research to stay informed about trends and opportunities.
  • Administrative Tasks: Support top producers with administrative duties to ensure efficient operations and effective time management.

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation

$50,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
