Key Responsibilities

  • Shadow Top Producers: Learn from the best by observing our leading agents in their daily routines, client meetings, and sales tactics.
  • Participate in Training: Take part in specialized training sessions and workshops aimed at boosting your real estate know-how and professional skills.
  • Client Support: Help top producers with client management, property showings, and follow-ups to get real-world experience.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and opportunities.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist top producers with administrative duties to ensure smooth operations and effective time management.

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation

$50,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
