Responsibilities

  • Engage in PLACE New Agent Launch program to internalize lead generation and prospecting scripts.
  • Convert inbound sales inquiries into scheduled appointments.
  • Convert outbound sales opportunities into scheduled appointments.
  • Qualify leads by assessing motivation and financial aspects for team agents.
  • Effectively manage database and generate productivity reports.
  • Dedicate time to skill development through education and script practice.
  • Become a local expert in real estate.
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Calls.
  • Utilize PLACE Technology to track activities and manage client information.

Qualifications

You're amazing at connecting with people and love working with them. Selling and converting excite you, and you have a knack for it. You're organized and can juggle multiple leads while keeping up with follow-ups. Being part of a team and working towards common goals is something you're passionate about.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional telephone skills
  • Sales experience with a track record of meeting quotas
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Quick to learn and internalize scripts
  • Thrives in a team environment
  • Real estate license preferred
  • If you're newly licensed OR want to get into real estate and transition into a producing agent within 6-12 months, this could be the perfect opportunity for YOU!
  • 100% commission. No base salary
  • This position is in person. This is not a remote, virtual position.

Compensation

$50,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
