Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct a minimum of two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Utilize PLACE templates for Social Media postings
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services

Qualifications

You are an innately motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to providing excellent service. You are passionate about real estate and love helping others achieve their real estate goals!

Compensation

$80,000 - $160,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
