• Provide administrative support, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls
• Assist with client communications, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
• Prepare contracts, reports, and other real estate documents
• Coordinate property showings, inspections, and open houses
• Oversee the day to day activities of the team.
• Coordinate and manage client events and public appearances
• Maintain and update listings, marketing materials, and social media platforms
• Research market trends and assist with comparative market analysis
• Handle various operational and office management tasks as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, Google and social media
• Real estate experience is a plus but not required
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• 2+ years’ operations experience 
• Proactive servant leader and skilled at protecting time
