Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes in several types of areas
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services needed
- Utilize our proven models, systems, and tools to effectively market and promote properties, ensuring maximum exposure and attracting qualified buyers or tenants.
- Coordinate property showings and open houses, delivering exceptional customer service and expert advice to potential buyers or tenants.
- Skillfully negotiate offers and counteroffers, advocating for clients' best interests and ensuring successful transactions.
- Collaborate and network with other agents, brokers, and industry professionals to expand your reach and enhance your real estate knowledge.
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
- Team player
- Valid State of Oregon real estate license (Required to join the team!)
- 1-3+ years’ of real estate sales experience (preferred, but not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning based, growth-minded
- Organized and Prepared
- Willingness to learn scripts, strategies, and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills

Compensation
$60,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
