As a Showing Specialist, you will serve as the main contact for clients—coordinating and conducting property showings, gathering feedback, and assisting buyers throughout their home search journey. You’ll also have the chance to help prepare offers, communicate with clients and other agents, and support various tasks that keep transactions on track. With access to leads, expert coaching, and proven systems, you’ll focus on building strong client relationships, sharpening your skills, and staying active in the market from day one.

We’re looking for someone passionate about lead generation, eager to engage in weekly training and coaching, and ready to excel within a collaborative team environment. • Graduate from PLACE Experienced Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
