Showing Specialist – Build Skills, Experience, and Momentum in Real Estate

Are you a licensed real estate agent looking to grow your career through hands-on experience, structured support, and consistent exposure to active buyers? The Agents With A Smile team is looking for a Showing Specialist who wants to develop strong fundamentals, learn proven systems, and build momentum while actively working in the field.

This role is designed for agents who understand that long-term success in real estate comes from skill-building, lead generation, and disciplined follow-up. As a Showing Specialist, you’ll work directly with buyers by coordinating and conducting property showings, gathering feedback, and supporting the overall client experience. You’ll gain valuable face-to-face experience, sharpen your communication skills, and deepen your understanding of the market, contracts, and transaction flow.

While this position may include opportunities to be compensated for showings, it is not intended as a standalone income role. Showing Specialists are expected to actively generate their own business, participate in lead generation activities, and fully engage in weekly training and coaching. This role works best for agents who see showings as a way to learn faster, build confidence, and create future clients through excellent service.

• Graduate from PLACE Experienced Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

$22,000 - $40,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
