Showing Specialist – Earn While You Learn

In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients—scheduling and conducting showings, collecting feedback, and guiding buyers through their home search. You’ll also have opportunities to draft offers, communicate with clients and other agents, and assist with various tasks that help keep transactions moving smoothly. With leads, coaching, and proven systems provided, your main focus will be building relationships, honing your skills, and staying active in the market from day one.

• Graduate from PLACE Experienced Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
