Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding their ideal homes
- Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to help clients refine their home search criteria
- Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
- Engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team standards
- Take part in team activities as outlined by team guidelines
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, Hangouts, and Partner Calls
Qualifications
Skills You Have:
- People oriented.
- Positive, happy attitude.
- Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
- Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
- Learning based personality
- Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
- High school graduate
- Willingness to grow
- Real estate license (License required to join the team, but not to apply!)

Compensation
$50,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
