• Must have a real estate license to conduct activities
• Must be a member of the local Board of Realtors and Pay for own Key Access
• Learn communication skills for different buyer types
• The inventory is your product - Preview homes regularly
• Work with lender partners and clients
• Commit to Prospecting 10 hours per week
• Practice scripts with the team
• Participate in team activities
• Attend coaching and training

We are seeking licensed real estate agents and professionals who are:

This is a commission only role we covering all of Ventura County, Conejo Valley and the San Fernando Valley

$60,000 - $85,000 USD Yearly
