• Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
  Kickstart your real estate journey with an intensive 86-day training program designed to provide you with the foundational skills and knowledge needed to succeed as a REALTOR. Participants typically close and pend an average of 3.4 transactions during this period.
• Work alongside sales agents to support client home tours
  Collaborate closely with experienced sales agents to guide clients through property showings, gaining hands-on experience and industry insights while helping buyers discover their perfect homes.
• Provide detailed written feedback to help refine client preferences
  Effectively communicate by delivering comprehensive feedback that assists in fine-tuning clients’ home search criteria, ensuring a personalized and successful buying experience.
• Support sales agents in preparing and negotiating offers
  Acquire practical knowledge by assisting in the drafting and negotiation of offers, learning valuable negotiation techniques through direct involvement with seasoned agents.
• Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours weekly to lead generation activities
  Engage proactively in lead generation efforts, committing at least 10 hours per week using provided scripts and training to confidently connect with potential clients.
• Participate in daily power-up meetings and script practice sessions
  Join daily team gatherings aimed at boosting energy and refining communication skills to maintain high levels of performance.
• Regularly engage in team events and contribute to office culture
  Help foster a dynamic team environment by participating in client events, social media initiatives, and maintaining a consistent in-office presence with a full-time commitment.
• Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training, and partner meetings
  Benefit from personalized coaching and ongoing training sessions, including structured weekly planning to support your professional development and accountability.
• Keep accurate records of all activities using PLACE Technology
  Use our tracking platform to log calls, appointments, and tasks, ensuring organized and consistent progress toward your objectives.

• Must possess a valid REAL ESTATE LICENSE
