  • Team up with sales agents to transform clients' dream home aspirations into reality.
  • Provide insightful written feedback to fine-tune clients' search criteria.
  • Master the art of crafting and negotiating offers on behalf of both sales agents and clients.
  • Channel your inner lead generator, dedicating a minimum of 10 hours each week to uncover promising opportunities.
  • Uphold team standards by actively engaging in weekly script practice and team activities.
  • Invest time in weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, ongoing training, and the Partner Call for continuous growth.
