In this position, you will work closely with our licensed agents to organize and conduct property showings, client tours, and open house events. We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and goal-driven individual who is passionate about building a thriving career in real estate and demonstrates strong initiative and commitment.

• Schedule and coordinate home showings, tours, and open house activities
• Collaborate with licensed agents to deliver exceptional client service
• Participate in continuous learning and professional growth programs

• Work with Buyer Agents to guide their clients to homes
• Host three open houses per month
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly training, and Partner Call

You have the desire to support others while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.

• Already a licensed real estate agent or planning to be licensed
• Positive and good energy
• Ability to spend a significant amount of time driving in their car
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Have a sense of humor
• Organized and accountable
• Internally motivated
• Willingness to learn

$50,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
