In this role, you will partner closely with licensed agents to coordinate and lead property showings, client tours, and open house events. We seek a driven, dependable, and goal-oriented individual who is passionate about building a successful real estate career and shows strong initiative and dedication.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Arrange and manage home showings, client tours, and open house schedules
• Work alongside licensed agents to ensure outstanding client experiences
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities

• Work with Buyer Agents to guide their clients to homes
• Host three open houses per month
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly training, and Partner Call

You have the desire to support others while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.

• Already a licensed real estate agent or planning to be licensed
• Positive and good energy
• Ability to spend a significant amount of time driving in their car
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Have a sense of humor
• Organized and accountable
• Internally motivated
• Willingness to learn

$50,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
