In this position, you will collaborate closely with licensed agents to organize and conduct property showings, client tours, and open house events. We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and goal-driven individual who is passionate about building a thriving career in real estate and demonstrates strong initiative and commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee home showings, client tours, and open house appointments
- Partner with licensed agents to deliver exceptional client service
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development programs

Responsibilities
- Work with Buyer Agents to guide their clients to homes
- Host three open houses per month
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly training, and Partner Call
Qualifications
You have the desire to support others while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.
- Already a licensed real estate agent or planning to be licensed
- Positive and good energy
- Ability to spend a significant amount of time driving in their car
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have a sense of humor
- Organized and accountable
- Internally motivated
- Willingness to learn
Compensation
$50,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
