In this role, you will work alongside our licensed agents to coordinate and conduct property showings, tours, and open house events. We seek a motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented individual who is passionate about building a thriving career and excels through self-driven effort.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support home showings, property tours, and open houses
• Collaborate closely with licensed real estate agents
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training

• Work with Buyer Agents to guide their clients to homes
• Host three open houses per month
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly training, and Partner Call

You have the desire to support others while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.

• Already a licensed real estate agent or planning to be licensed
• Positive and good energy
• Ability to spend a significant amount of time driving in their car
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Have a sense of humor
• Organized and accountable
• Internally motivated
• Willingness to learn

$80,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
