In this position, you will partner with our licensed agents to organize and conduct home showings, property tours, and open houses. We’re looking for a motivated, dependable, and goal-driven individual who is passionate about building a successful career and thrives on self-motivation.

• Organize and assist with home showings, tours, and open houses
• Work closely with licensed real estate agents
• Participate in continuous learning and professional growth

• Work with Buyer Agents to guide their clients to homes
• Host three open houses per month
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly training, and Partner Call

You have the desire to support others while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.

• Already a licensed real estate agent or planning to be licensed
• Positive and good energy
• Ability to spend a significant amount of time driving in their car
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Have a sense of humor
• Organized and accountable
