Responsibilities

  • Graduate from Fulcrum / PLACE Launch
  • Execute lead generation systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes for clients
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct four open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly Power-Ups and build consultation skills to team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Calls
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and jointly market homes
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services

Qualifications

Be an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You should have excellent rapport-building skills, active listening abilities, and the ability to identify simple solutions to complex problems. Prospecting and lead generation should be your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$100 - $200,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
