Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch – Begin your journey with a step-by-step training program that equips you with the fundamentals to start strong.
- Collaborate with sales agents to guide clients to their ideal homes – Learn from experienced agents while delivering exceptional service to buyers.
- Provide detailed, written feedback to refine clients’ search criteria – Strengthen your communication and client relationship skills through personalized guidance.
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and clients – Develop your expertise in negotiation and transaction management.
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week – Build consistent habits that fill your pipeline and fuel your business growth.
- Participate in weekly script practice – Master the conversations that convert leads into loyal clients.
- Engage in team activities – Surround yourself with a community of driven professionals who support and inspire one another.
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings, and Partner Calls – Get personalized coaching and accountability to stay focused and hit your goals.
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology – Stay organized, efficient, and results-driven with smart systems that simplify your workflow.

Compensation
$70,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
