Responsibilities

  • A proven launchpad, not guesswork. You will graduate from the PLACE New Agent Launch, a nationally recognized system designed to shorten your learning curve, build confidence fast, and set you up for long-term production—not trial-and-error survival.
  • Hands-on deal experience from day one. You’ll work directly alongside an experienced sales agent, learning how to guide real clients through real transactions—seeing how top producers think, communicate, and close.
  • Mastery of client strategy and market insight. You’ll develop the ability to analyze client needs deeply, refine search criteria with precision, and communicate professional, written feedback that builds trust and credibility.
  • Offer writing and negotiation skills most agents take years to learn. You’ll be trained to write strong offers and negotiate effectively, gaining exposure to high-level deal strategy that separates true professionals from hobbyists.
  • A clear path to building your own pipeline. You’ll be coached to generate at least 10 hours per week of lead generation, helping you build the habits, discipline, and resilience required to create predictable income.
  • Elite communication training. Weekly script practice sharpens your confidence, objection handling, and professionalism—so you don’t just “sound good,” you convert conversations into opportunities.
  • A high-performance team environment. You’ll be surrounded by driven, accountable professionals who hold each other to a higher standard through structured team activities and shared goals.
  • Personal coaching, not generic advice. Weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings, and Partner Calls ensure you always know where to focus, how to improve, and what’s required to move to the next level.

Compensation

$55,000 - $95,700 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
