Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct property showings for clients across the East Bay.
- Gather and relay client feedback to the listing agent promptly.
- Assist with open house preparation and hosting, ensuring properties are show-ready.
- Place and remove "For Sale" signs and lockboxes as needed.
- Help maintain showing schedules and provide administrative support related to property access.
- Provide an exceptional experience for every client during showings.
- Stay informed about available properties and neighborhood highlights in the East Bay.
Qualifications
- Active California Real Estate License is a must.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and punctual.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use showing scheduling software and apps.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for showings and open houses.
- Knowledge of the East Bay area is a plus.
Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
