• Coordinate and conduct property showings for clients across the East Bay.
• Gather and relay client feedback to the listing agent promptly.
• Assist with open house preparation and hosting, ensuring properties are show-ready.
• Place and remove "For Sale" signs and lockboxes as needed.
• Help maintain showing schedules and provide administrative support related to property access.
• Provide an exceptional experience for every client during showings.
• Stay informed about available properties and neighborhood highlights in the East Bay.

• Active California Real Estate License is a must.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and punctual.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use showing scheduling software and apps.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for showings and open houses.
• Knowledge of the East Bay area is a plus.

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
