The Ben Kinney Team is seeking a driven, detail-focused, and client-centered Showing Assistant to become an integral part of our expanding real estate group!

What You’ll Do:

🔑 Assist lead agents by showing homes to qualified buyers
📅 Manage and schedule showings efficiently through Brivity and MLS
💬 Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and feedback
🧾 Prepare and organize showing packets and property information
🏠 Conduct property checks and ensure listings are ready for showings
🤝 Support agents during open houses and client events

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 A Texas Real Estate License (required)
🔹 Excellent communication and time management skills
🔹 A professional and friendly demeanor with strong client service orientation
🔹 Reliable transportation and flexibility for showing schedules
🔹 A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn

$20,000 - $25,000 USD Yearly
